I entered the data for 10 individuals in a total of less than eight minutes. Overall, the data entry process is efficient. That said, the floating tabs are a bit too subtle, making it a little more difficult to figure out there are floating tabs to work in. The well-crafted interface uses a mostly modeless design. The navigation received a B+ and the data entry received an A– for ease of use. If there’s an issue with a relationship early in the pedigree chart, such as a same-sex marriage, the subsequent relationships all must be re-established. The fourth record, however, was full of errors. I imported four GEDCOM records to test the program, and it was almost perfectly accurate on three of the records, losing a handful of media files. But if I have a whole family listed on the census record, and they all have multiple individual facts that need citations (such as birth year, occupation, birthplace, etc) - I have to enter the source details over again for each fact.RootsMagic earned a B on the GEDCOM accuracy test. I've been citing the census record as the master source, and adding the individual record location details, like the page number, microfilm roll number, in the source details for each fact. I understand that I cite the census as the Master Source for each fact, but is there a way to replicate the source details for multiple facts as well?
